AA Collectives started in 2016 with a single fixer-upper and a simple idea: a homeowner in a difficult spot deserves a clear number and a firm date, not a six-month listing with no guarantee at the end of it.
Since then we've bought inherited properties, rentals with tired tenants, homes behind on payments, and houses that no agent would put on the market. We renovate most of them and keep some as long-term rentals in the neighborhoods we work in.
